How to get rid of eye bags
Place the back of the cold spoon on the area under the eyes, move the spoon up and down, back and forth around this area for 1-2 minutes.
How to reduce eye swelling
With your eyes closed, place the back of the cold spoon over your eyes. When the spoon returns to normal temperature, dip it in ice water and place it over your eyes again. Repeat this process 5-7 times.
Place the cold spoon on the point between the eyebrows (the top part of the bridge of the nose), gently press and move the spoon to the center of the forehead. Then, change the cold spoon to the warm spoon and repeat the same movement. Alternately use both spoons to massage 10 times.
Place the back of the cold spoon on the corner of your eye. Move the spatula towards the temples in a circular motion 5-7 times, gradually increasing the pressure. Then, change the cold spoon to the warm spoon and repeat the same thing. Alternately use both spoons to massage for 5 times.
Place the edges of two warm spoons on the tips of the eyebrows as shown. Gently move the spatula toward your temples in a circular motion, raising your eyebrows slightly. Repeat the movement 10 times.
