Many women always wish to have a smooth white skin like the stars and without acne or dark spots. But do you know the main cause comes from improper bathing? Let Beauty & Style guide you to do one more important step in the shower to have a shiny and white skin.
Step 1: Use a bath brush to rub in turn from hands, feet to arms, legs and the whole body in the direction of the heart, avoiding scrubbing sensitive skin areas such as chest, face, armpits.
You should do this step 2-3 times a week to help remove the stratum corneum and dead cells on the skin.
Step 2: Then, you wash the area of the skin that has just been scrubbed with warm water for 5 minutes to make the horny layer on the skin softer.
Step 3: Apply shower gel and use an exfoliating towel to rub back and forth to remove dirt remaining on the skin.
