Skincare routine for very dry skin, with extra lines under the eyes
I focus on using intensive moisturizing and anti-aging products.
I focus on the steps of deep cleansing, exfoliating. Then I apply Albion Skin Conditioner, eye cream, anti-aging serum, moisturizer. After the application step, I use serum pushers and lifters like LG Pra.L or Foreo Bear to improve the skin care effect.
After the age of 30, I am also learning more about other beauty methods such as lifting muscles, stretching threads, injecting HA, injecting eyelid fat because my eye muscles are a bit lacking in fat, so I don’t look young.
15 minutes of clear makeup during the day
Every day, I just need a cream with sunscreen or sunscreen, add a little bit of Honest Beauty blush for a natural blush, and Bobbi Brown Lip Tint in Raspberry color. Mineral spray is something I can’t do without.
Transformation for the night party
Except when filming and recording, I only use foundation, while going out and partying, I only need to cover my concealer, triple moisturizing for the eye area and darker brows. I often combine many red lipstick colors on top of each other to make the lips look thicker and the highlight on the face. Most of the makeup I choose, whether it’s morning or night, is not too fussy, mainly for the smoothest, most natural skin care because I want others to see in me lightness, serenity, and comfort. .

Fragrances with jasmine or fresh, non-sweet floral scents, such as: Dior Jasmin des Anges, Dior Rose Kabuki, Chanel Chance, Lancôme Idôle.
Misoa’s method of exercise and diet
I practice a few sports such as: Sword Japanese (6 years but not too often), jogging, participating in Group X classes at the gym. I am not too strict in eating, eating just the right portion for my body, limiting sweets, starches, spicy foods and fried foods. Before, I weighed 60kg, only 1m60 tall, but then I established a eating habit to lose weight and keep it off. Exercising with me is not to lose weight, but to keep myself from storing energy.
How Misoa nourishes hair and reduces breakage
I wash my hair every day, very quickly, and avoid rubbing my scalp too much because all day dust collects on my hair. I always use shampoo and conditioner, blow-dry my hair on a moderate dry setting, always with a conditioner. My hair as well as my face are very dry so I need to have oil or steam at the salon once a month. Lately due to post-COVID-19 I am losing a lot of hair and trying every shampoo has not improved. I decided to switch to functional foods to add B vitamins and Biotin to my hair, promoting new hair growth faster and stronger.
