She revealed two simple soup recipes as follows.
1. Tofu soup
Ingredients: ¼ box of young tofu, 250 ml of unsweetened soy milk, 20 g of edamame beans, 100 g of cauliflower, black pepper, salt.
Method: Prepare clean ingredients. Finely chopped cauliflower, blanched edamame beans. Tofu with chess pieces. Bring the water to a boil, drop the ingredients in and season with spices and pepper to taste.
2. Miso soup
Ingredients: 45g lean meat, 20g carrots, 50g cabbage, 50g halves, 10g miso, 10g burdock root, a few sprigs of scallions.
Method: Prepare ingredients and cut into small pieces. Boil water, drop burdock roots, carrots, and halves, simmer until soft. After the tubers are soft, put the meat, cabbage and miso soup in, wait for it to cook and sprinkle green onions on top to enjoy.
Specialist Tong also recommends light seasoning when cooking soup to limit extra calories and avoid edema.
Tong Minh Hoa recommends only replacing soup for dinner and lunch. Breakfast should eat enough nutrients to ensure energy for the body to work and work. Experts remind that no matter how little you eat, you should eat at least 1,000-1,200 calories per day to preserve metabolism as well as physical and mental health. She also advises to aim to apply this diet for at least 8 weeks, check your weight every two weeks, not to be too hasty. If you don’t feel too exhausted, you can combine gentle exercise.
